He is, him and McGowan will be called up in a few days.

Do you think Ricky Romero should be called up to be a long reliever for the Jays since Oliver and Santos are on the DL.

NO!
Oliver is not a long reliever, he has nothing to do with long relief.
Romero sucks, even in Triple-A.
Johnson's last start didn't go so well.
McGowan pitched well though.
They say McGowan will be converted into a short-reliever like they did with Cecil.
If anyone should be called up for long relief or starting it should be Claudio Vargas.
He has pitched well down there.

Greg Zaun said that he should have stayed up which I highly disagree. Is Jesse Litch retired now? What is Vargas' stats in the minors?

He is 3-5 with a 5.78 ERA.
It looks bad but that is cause he has had bad fielding and no run support.
He is a good pitcher.
Litsch was released last year.
He is in some minor league team in the National league.
